Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply to the Soft Send Chrome extension. By using Soft Send, you agree to these terms.

Free plan and trial

New users receive 14 days of Pro access without providing payment details. The trial does not automatically charge you. After it ends, Soft Send continues on the Free plan unless you choose to buy Pro.

The Free plan includes a 1-minute base delay, one queued email at a time, return to editing, Cancel, Send now, and the missing-attachment warning. Replies, forwards, and messages with attachments remain supported.

Pro purchase

Soft Send Pro costs USD $14.99 as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription. Pro includes longer and custom delays, unlimited queued emails, Pause and Resume, advanced risk checks, and custom high-risk recipient lists.

Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Soft Send product while it remains available and compatible with supported versions of Chrome and Gmail. It does not promise that the product will operate forever or that every future feature will be included.

Payments

Purchases are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing. Soft Send does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing softsend.review@gmail.com. Include the email address used for the purchase and enough transaction information to locate it. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on ExtensionPay, Stripe, and your financial institution.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable consumer law.

Service limitations

Soft Send creates a delay before delivery. It cannot recall an email that has already been delivered. Gmail, Chrome, network conditions, account permissions, or third-party changes may affect availability. You remain responsible for checking recipients, content, attachments, and whether a message was sent.
