What “Queued” means in Gmail

How the Soft Send queue works
Soft Send intercepts supported sends in Gmail on desktop Chrome, creates a Gmail API draft, and records queue metadata locally in the browser. The in-Gmail banner shows the countdown and controls. When time expires, the extension asks Gmail to send the draft.
If you are offline, Soft Send is designed to freeze countdowns and resume when the connection returns. It is not a cloud relay and should not be treated as a server-side scheduled delivery system.
